CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed so that anyone, regardless of their fitness level experience, can participate.

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone looking to get into shape, you will still need to perform the basic motor skills required in life of pulling, pushing, throwing, squatting and lifting; You will perform the movements to what you are capable of doing. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. Our military, law enforcement, firefighters, nurses and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
Every new member goes through 3 Ramp-Up sessions with the coaches.

Our coaches will assess mobility/strength/conditioning as well as go over the fundamental basic movements mostly used in CrossFit. Even after the ramp up classes, the Workout of the Day (WOD) will be scaled appropriately to your needs and your current capacity.
CrossFit does not make you bulky

CrossFit is an exercise program for overall general fitness. Physical size goals are determined mostly by your nutritional consumption. Regardless of what your goals are, whether to gain or lose weight/size/etc, our coaches can help tweak your workouts to meet those goals.

You will get tired, exhausted and sore among other things, but making people die is bad for our business.
